Delivery area
The Good Sort Australia currently services Darebin residents in the following postcodes:
3070, 3071, 3072, 3073, 3078, 3083 and 3085.
If your delivery address is in one of these postcodes, you should be able to place an order through our online shop.
At this stage, we are keeping delivery local so we can keep the service simple, affordable and focused on the Darebin community.
Local delivery rates
Reduced local delivery rates apply for eligible Darebin postcodes.
20 pack: $0.99 delivery
80 pack: $1.99 delivery
3 × 80 packs: free delivery
Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your eligible delivery postcode.
Outside Darebin
If your address is outside the eligible Darebin postcodes, checkout will not offer delivery for your order.
We are not currently shipping outside the Darebin service area. If you would like The Good Sort to come to your area in the future, please get in touch and let us know where you are located.
Checkout troubleshooting
If you are in an eligible Darebin postcode but receive an error message during checkout, please try the steps below.
This can sometimes happen if delivery details are edited after checkout has already calculated the delivery option.
Please try:
Refreshing the checkout page.
If the message is still there, returning to your cart and starting checkout again.
Entering your address manually rather than using autofill.
Checking that your state is set to Victoria.
Checking that your postcode is one of the eligible Darebin postcodes.

Returns and refunds
We want you to receive the product you ordered in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if relevant.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once the packaging has been opened.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Order changes
If you need to change your order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been packed, fulfilled or sent for delivery, but we will do our best to help.

The Good Sort Australia is registered for GST.
Prices shown on our website are GST-inclusive unless stated otherwise.
Your order receipt will show the GST component of your order. If you need a tax invoice or have a question about your receipt, please contact us.

We take privacy seriously.
We only collect the information we need to process orders, deliver products, respond to enquiries, send optional updates where someone has chosen to receive them, and run our shop properly.
